Top Sail Beach is in North Carolina. It is one of the only beaches that allow dogs. It was a true pleasure to take our dogs out with us. They enjoyed it as much as we did. It is one of the only stretches of beach that has no condos dotting it coast. There are only houses. There is nothing to do just be at the beach. No big attractions. No expensive restaurants. Just beach, friends and family.
