I've been on the cusp of making that trip north to Maine for awhile. Then gas prices shot up through the roof. Now if I do it I'll take the train. Acadia National Park. Portland. I'll rent a car out there. I've heard great things about it and always like the pics I see from there.
Acadia is great. I posting more. Don't miss down east from Bar Harbor south along the coast lots of great village filled with wonderful art galleries, restaurants and harbors.
